SMS Terms & Consent

These terms apply to text messages from Rendevo (a trade name of Synclio LLC, Arizona). By giving us your mobile number and submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

Program description

Rendevo may send you text messages about your inquiry, your quote, an appointment, your demo, or your account. These are customer-care and conversational messages, not a recurring marketing blast.

Your consent

By providing your phone number and submitting a Rendevo form (or replying to us), you consent to receive text messages from Rendevo at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can still reach us by phone or email without agreeing to texts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Rendevo does not charge you for the messages themselves.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or email brandon@rendevo.io or call 602-403-8783. After you text STOP, we may send one confirmation message.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and messages are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

Changes

We may update these SMS terms by posting a new version here.
