Rendevo ("Rendevo," "we," "us"), a trade name of Synclio LLC operated in Arizona, runs rendevo.io and builds and hosts websites for local businesses. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use a form on our site or a demo we send you, we collect the details you provide — your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and any analytics we use may record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and provide and manage our services.
- To contact you about your website, your account, or a demo we built for you.
- To operate, secure, and improve rendevo.io.
- To comply with the law and enforce our agreements.
Marketing and text messages
With your consent — such as submitting a form with your phone number — we may contact you by email, phone, or text message about your website or quote. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed — for example, payment processing (Stripe), website hosting (Google Firebase), and email or text-message delivery providers. These providers are bound to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Our site may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work as well without them.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, respond to you, and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. To make a request, email brandon@rendevo.io. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, which we will honor.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Our site and demos may link to other websites we do not control. This policy does not cover their practices.
