    Before Rendevo, we helped found and run a clinical research company: more than a decade in a business where the schedules, the records and the deadlines all had to hold up. We run every project the same way.

    Texts that do things.

    RCS is what a text message becomes on today’s phones, in the same Messages app, with nothing to download. Instead of a plain text from a number nobody recognizes, your customer sees your name, your logo and a verified badge, with photos and buttons right in the thread. Phones that can’t show it still get a normal text.

    We handle all of it: the registration and carrier approval, the message design, the systems behind every button, and the posts and QR codes that get customers to opt in.

    Questions

    What people ask first.

    Do we have to switch software?

    No. Most of the work is connecting what you already pay for. When moving is worth it, we move your data without double-booking anyone, the way we moved 132 members off an old booking system.

    Who owns the accounts and the work?

    You do. Your domain, Twilio, Google and lock accounts are in your name, and we work in them with a login you can remove.

    What does it cost?

    Software, integrations and devices are quoted at a fixed price, in writing, before work starts. Websites start at $79 a month. RCS has its own pricing.

    How long does it take?

    It depends on the job, and your written quote has the date. RCS usually takes 5 to 8 weeks, because the carriers review every business that sends and they set the pace.

    Does RCS work on iPhone?

    On most current iPhones and Android phones, yes. Any phone that can’t show it gets a regular text instead, automatically.

    What happens after launch?

    A monthly care plan covers hosting, monitoring, fixes and small changes, from the team that built it.
