How it works
Four steps.
Down to the slab.
Grind
Diamond tooling, not acid. The slab gets opened up mechanically so the coating has something real to bite into.
Repair
Cracks, pits and spalled edges filled and levelled first. Anything we skip here shows through the finish later.
Coat
Base coat goes down, then vinyl flake is broadcast until the floor stops taking it. Full refusal, no thin patches.
Topcoat
Excess flake scraped back and a clear topcoat sealed over the whole floor. That is the layer that takes the abuse.

It comes down to square footage, how much prep the slab needs and the finish you pick. We look at the floor before we quote it, and the number we give you is the number on the invoice unless you change the scope.
Hot tire pickup is what happens when a coating is rolled onto a slab that was never properly opened up. We grind first with diamond tooling rather than etching with acid, and the clear topcoat is chosen for that exact load.
No. Garage floors and paver restoration are the two we are known for, and we also coat basement floors and commercial or shop floors. If it is a slab or a paver field, it is in scope.
That depends on the system and the weather the week we install. You get the walk-on time and the park-on time in writing before we start, and we would rather tell you on site than guess at it over the phone.
