Los Favoritos opened in 2001 with one idea: real Mexican food, made fresh, at a price anybody can pay. We never bought a billboard. People ate, people told people, and twenty-five years later there are ten Los Favoritos shops across the East Valley.
Fresh ingredients daily. Breakfast burritos going out the window before six in the morning and rolled tacos still going out at a quarter to midnight. Same recipes in every kitchen — that is the whole trick.
