Estimate
A detailed, written estimate that spells out the scope in plain English. Repair or replace, we tell you honestly which one you need.
Repair
Scheduled and done when we said. Most shingle re-roofs take two to four days; targeted repairs are usually a single visit.
Warranty
Photos of the finished work, and a written warranty. If the same spot leaks again inside the term, we come back at no trip charge.

Usually just a repair. Most leaks come from one failed area — cracked tile, lifted shingles, bad flashing — and replacing an entire roof to fix it is expensive overkill. We find the source, show you the photos, and repair what's actually broken. When a roof genuinely is at the end of its life, we'll tell you that too.
Two to four days for most homes, depending on the size and shape of the roof. Targeted repairs are usually done in a single visit. We give you the schedule up front and stick to it.
Repairs carry a two-year warranty, and there's no trip charge if we have to come back out. We're Polyglass certified, which lets us back torchdown flat-roof systems with a 12-year labor-and-materials warranty. If a problem turns out to be installation-related, we'll revisit it even past the warranty term.
A foam roof needs a maintenance coating every five to seven years, plus regular debris removal — that's what keeps the foam underneath from breaking down. Patio roofs generally last eight to twelve years depending on the original material and sun exposure. We offer annual and bi-annual cleaning and inspection to stay ahead of it.
