Each bay is its own room. Deep seating, a service rail for the table, dimmable light you set to your own mood. Order to the bay and keep playing. Nobody is rushing you toward the door.
The cocktail program is small on purpose. A dozen drinks we actually make well, a spirits shelf worth reading, and a bartender who remembers your order before you finish the round. Low light, real ice, no theatrics you did not ask for.
Happy hour runs early and the kitchen keeps snacks coming til close. Wine and zero-proof are treated like everything else here: made properly, or not put on the list.
