Beltline started with a simple idea. Sit down, watch the food come to you, and only pay for what you take. No waiting on an order, no menu to decipher, just a loop of fresh plates gliding past at arm's reach.
Kenji and Mara press every piece behind the counter while the belt runs, so what passes you is minutes old, not sitting in a case. Grab a plate, stack the empties, and we count the colors when you are done.
